| Building up the Finance of the Senior Citizen’s Home Volunteer Models by Information Science in Penghu’s Communities |
Abstract
With the coming of knowledge-based and economy-based era, Penghu’s communities are continuously created and gathered by knowledge and thus become intellectual capital to enhance their values. If we can combine Penghu’s communities with intercultural management to become better and also help our government to implement their plan called “Challenge 2016” to enhance financial success of the Senior Citizen’s Home volunteer models to Penghu’s communities.
A Delphi technique is employed to decide the comparative weight of criteria. Analytical Hierarchy Process (ANP) sorts replacements and builds up a set of assessment financial success of the Senior Citizen’s Home volunteer models for communities.
